rice and pomegranate on This Morning.<\/p>\n<p>The ingredients are: 600g chicken breast, diced into 3cm pieces, 3 tbsp tandoori masala, 100ml vegetable oil, 1 onion, finely diced, 5 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed, 5cm piece of ginger, peeled and grated, 150g tomato puree, 2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves, 2 tbsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 \u00bd tsp salt, 4 tsp brown sugar, Optional, \u00bc tsp chilli powder, 500ml water and 100g creme fraiche. <\/p>\n<p>To garnish: Handful of freshly chopped coriander and 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds.<\/p>\n<p><a
