Phil Vickery served up tasty pimped up potatoes including his mum’s twice baked jacket potatoes, Welsh rarebit potatoes and blooming potato with spiced butter on This Morning <\/p>\n

The ingredients for the twice baked jacket potatoes are: 4 large baking potatoes, 6 rashers streaky British dry cured bacon, chopped into small pieces, 1 onion, peeled and roughly chopped, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, Salt, Black pepper and Melted butter.<\/p>\n

For the blooming potato: 1 large baking potato , 1 tbsp sweet paprika, 2 tsp soft light brown sugar, \u00bd tsp mild chilli powder, 1 tsp celery salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp English mustard powder, 1 tsp ground black pepper and Salted butter.<\/p>\n

For the rarebit: 4 baked potatoes, cooked, 2-4 tbsp any oil, 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 egg yolks, Dash mustard, Ground pepper, Dash paprika and 200g finely grated cheddar.<\/p>\n
