Try them with ice cream and this hot, delicious sweet fruit sauce.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To make his quick peach melba sauce James used: tin peaches, sugar, fresh raspberries, brandy, orange, flaked almonds and pistachios nuts.<\/p>\n<p>To prepare the sauce, he heats the sugar in a pan until it became caramelised. <\/p>\n<p>He then adds a splash of brandy and brought it to the flame.
