Lord Sugar will test the candidates culinary skills once again this series by sending them to Scotland, where they must make gourmet food and sell it on the streets of Edinburgh.
Leading Phoenix, Project Manager Adam opts for Italian meatballs, and tries to maximise profits by cutting costs and the sizes of meatballs.
However, his team isn’t convinced it’s a winning strategy, with Katie and Stephen expressing concern as Adam reveals he wants to price the dish at £5.99.
The teams will have one day to sell from mobile units, but when Phoenix pitch up outside a football match, they soon find that fans will not fork out for what’s on offer.
