Michel Roux Jr served up tasty pancakes with feta cheese glazed with cinnamon, honey, orange and saffron recipe on Saturday Kitchen.
Michel says: “Creamy, salty feta works wonderfully with sweet citrus flavours – a great way to add a bit of gourmet pizazz to your weekend brunch.”
The ingredients are: 125g plain flour, 15g caster sugar, pinch salt, 4 medium free-range eggs, 350ml full-fat milk and 50g melted butter, for frying.
For the salad: 1 Romaine lettuce, cut into quarters and 4 tbsp olive oil.
For the glaze: 2 oranges, juice only, 1 cinnamon stick, broken in half, 2 tbsp clear honey and pinch saffron.
To serve: 150g feta cheese, crumbled.
