Phil Vickery served up the ‘Daddy’ of all burgers for father’s Day on today’s of This Morning.
The ingredients are: 500g minced chuck steak (15-20% fat content), 3 tbsp dried natural breadcrumbs, salt and freshly ground black pepper, 8 cheese slices, 6 crisp streaky bacon rashers.
For the onion rings: 2 large onions, peeled and cut into 1cm rings, 200g self raising flour, 1 tbsp sweet paprika, salt and freshly ground black pepper, 568ml milk.
To serve: Large sweet dill pickles, Tomato chilli relish, 2 large sesame burger buns, sliced in half.
