Simon Rimmer served up a tasty Spinach and Feta Tart on today’s episode of Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 75g butter, 1 leek, thinly sliced, Clove of garlic – chopped, 100g spinach, 75g rocket, 150g ricotta, 150g feta, 30g oregano, Zest 1 lemon, 9 eggs, 100ml buttermilk, 8 sheets filo and Tomato chutney to serve.
