Simon Rimmer served up a delicious malt loaf on today’s episode of Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 100g All Bran (or similar) cereal, 150g caster sugar, 100g golden raisins, 100g currants, 50g sultanas, 25g dried cranberries, 300ml whole milk, 15g dark malt extract, 100g self-raising flour and Serve warm with unsalted butter.
