Tom Kerridge served up a tasty looking pan-fried sea bass with a spicy dry rub mix commonly used in the restaurant trade, served with a fennel coleslaw on today’s episode of The Food Detectives.
Tom says: “These store cupboard ingredients can transform an ordinary piece of meat or fish to something extra special.”
The ingredients for the rub are: Toasted coriander seeds, salt, dried thyme, dried oregano, white pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, Cayenne pepper, onion powder and smoked paprika.
