Nigel Barden served up a tasty espresso rubbed tomahawk steak dish on Radio 2 Drivetime with Simon Mayo.
The ingredients that serve up to 4 people are: 1 tbsp ground cumin, 2 tbsp freshly ground coffee (Coaltown Estate Espresso Blend), salt & freshly ground pepper, 1 tbsp chilli powder, ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, 1kg Tomahawk steak, vegetable oil, ½ kg potatoes peeled and cut into chips.
