James Tanner served up tasty steak frites with garlic herb butter on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 1 x whole bulb of garlic, Olive oil for drizzling, Sea salt, 200g soft unsalted butter, 2 tbsp chopped thyme leaves, Black pepper and 4 x 160g onglet (skirt steaks, you can also use, flat iron or hanger cut of beef).
