Phil Vickery served up a delicious gluten free apricot tart dessert for actress Caroline Quentin on This Morning.
The ingredients for the base: 225g gluten-free flour mix, 1 level tsp xanthan gum, 1tbsp caster sugar, 100g Stork margarine, 1 large egg, beaten and 2tbsp cold water.
For the top: 250g fresh, thick custard, ready to eat, 200g mascarpone cream cheese, 250g fresh apricots, sliced and 50g meringues, crushed, large pieces.
