Dean Edwards served up a tasty one-pot tarragon chicken dish on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 4 chicken breasts, sliced thinly, Oil, for frying, 1 onion, sliced and 4 cloves garlic, crushed.
Few sprigs fresh thyme: 80ml white wine, 200ml chicken stock, 150g frozen peas, defrosted, 50ml double cream, Juice ½ lemon, Salt and pepper, Small handful fresh tarragon, 800g Jersey Royal potatoes, 30g unsalted butter, 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped.
