Gino D’Acampo served up a tasty classic Italian carbonara on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 250g diced guanciale (cured pork cheek) or diced pancetta, 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons of un-salted butter, 500g bucatini pasta, 4 eggs, 6 tablespoons of freshly grated Pecorino Romano, 4 tablespoons of finely chopped flat leaves parsley and Salt and black pepper to taste.
