Food blogger Ella Woodward served up a tasty creamy carbonara dish on This Morning.
The ingredients for the sauce: 150g cashews, ½ butternut squash (200g), 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast, 3 teaspoons tamari, ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, Juice of one lemon, Salt and lots of pepper and 200ml water.
For the pasta: Pasta (brown rice pasta, about 100g per person, or according to appetite!) *If you want to make this lighter you could replace the pasta with courgette noodles, 100g frozen peas, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 200g mushrooms, finely sliced, Olive oil and 200g spinach.
