Gino D’Acampo served up a tasty bucatini amatrciana a traditional Roman pasta that he claim to be the best pasta dish ever on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 500g dried Bucatini, 2x400g tinned chopped tomatoes, 1 large red onion, finely sliced, 250g diced pancetta or guanciale (cured pig cheeks), 100ml dry white wine, ½ teaspoon of dried chilli flakes, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons freshly chopped flat leave parsley, 100g freshly grated Pecorino Romano and Salt to taste.
