Dean Edwards served up tasty gluten-free pancake on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients: 170g gluten free self-raising flour, ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda, 45g golden caster sugar, 2 small eggs, beaten, 200ml buttermilk and 40g butter, melted plus extra butter for frying pancakes.
For the topping: Fresh Blueberries, Cubed Pancetta fried until golden and Chocolate chips.
