James Tanner served up a healthy chicken yaki udon noodles dish for a tasty midweek supper on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 300g udon noodles, Oil, for frying, 1 large chicken breast, cut into 2cm strips, Pinch chilli flakes, ½ red onion, sliced, ½ red pepper, sliced, 1 garlic clove, sliced, 12 shitake mushrooms, Small handful mangetout, sliced thinly lengthways, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp mirin, 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce, Squeeze honey, 2 spring onions, sliced, 1tbsp sesame seeds, drizzle sesame oil and 1 lime, cut into wedges.
