The ingredients are: 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 175g emmental, cut into 8 chunks, 4 slices good-quality thick-cut ham, salt and freshly ground black pepper, 75g plain flour, 3 free-range eggs, lightly beaten, 150g Japanese panko breadcrumbs, 150g butter, 300g French beans, trimmed and 25g flaked almonds.
