James Martin served up layered sole with langoustines and cauliflower recipe on James Martin: Home Comforts.
The ingredients are: 4 whole lemon sole, filleted, skin removed, 275ml double cream, 1 cauliflower, cut in half, one half left intact, one half separated into small florets, 1 free-range hard-boiled egg, peeled, 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives, 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar, 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 8 cooked langoustines, salt and freshly ground black pepper and fennel fronds, to garnish (optional).
