Jane Sanderson showcased her North African dukkah recipe on James Martin: Home Comforts.
Jane said she first stumbled across dukkah when travelling through Morocco, discovering blends of nuts, seeds and spices that were served as a dip with flat breads and oil. Ever since, she has been making her own dukkah blends to serve to friends and after being asked for the recipe countless times, she approached her local farm shops with samples and has continued to make the product for sale since then.
