James Martin made delicious dark and white chocolate cherry brownies on James Martin: Home Comforts.
James says: “These quick, easy brownies combine chocolate and decadent cherries for a rich, fruity flavour – just bake and go!”
The ingredients are: 350g plain chocolate (minimum 55% cocoa solids), 250g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing, 3 large free-range eggs, 250g dark soft brown sugar, 110g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 150g fresh cherries, cut in half, stones removed, 150g white chocolate, roughly chopped and 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder, for dusting.
