Jamie Oliver served up tasty Asian-style seafood parcels with sea bream and shellfish on Jamie and Jimmy’s Friday Night Feast.
The ingredients are: 2 bream fillets , scaled and pinboned, skin on, 4 scallops , cleaned, roes attached, 4 large raw shell-on king prawns, 150 g mussels, from sustainable sources, 150 g clams, 2 bok choi, 1 handful of sugar snap peas, 100 g purple sprouting broccoli, 100 g choy sum, 1 large free-range egg, 1 mug of basmati rice (300g), 1 tablespoon coconut cream and 1 fresh red chilli and 1 lime.
For the Marinade: 1 stick of lemongrass, 3 fresh lime leaves, 1 fresh red chilli, 2 cloves of garlic, 5cm piece of ginger, ½ bunch of fresh coriander, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon low-salt soy sauce and 2 limes.
