This year the show starts with 16 celebrities but in the first two weeks four celeb’s will be voted out by the public and the judges votes count for nothing.
After the first public vote the three celebrities with the lowest votes skate again while the public vote again and the two with the lowest votes leave
This Year the public vote decides who leaves in the first two shows, For the first time we have a triple skate off with the public again deciding which two celeb’s should leave.
Angela Rippon and Nadia Sawalha have become the first two celebrities to be voted off the show this season.
The pair ended up in the bottom three alongside Laura Hamilton and after the skate off, the public chose to save Laura.
At 66 years old Angela was the eldest contestant taking part in the ITV series. She and her partner Sean Rice performed a slow routine to Etta James ‘At Last’ that did not impress scoring only 11 out of 30 points.
