James Martin served up tasty pork chops with reblochon cheese, potato and a apple tartiflette for a Boxing Day lunch on Home Comforts at Christmas.
The ingredients are: 1kg medium-sized potatoes, skins left on, 3 eating apples, cored, 250g pancetta, cut into lardons, 4-5 sprigs thyme, leaves only, 1 x 250g whole Reblochon, or similar strong, soft, bloomy-rinded French cheese, 50g chilled butter, cut into cubes, 4 thick-cut pork chops and sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
