Food historian Ivan Day served up a tasty Goose stuffed with a sage and beetroot stuffing for a Christmas meal on Home Comforts at Christmas.

For his stuffing, Ivan used a Victorian recipe from a book titled Shilling Cookery For The People by Alexis Soyer.
