Nadia Sawalha served up a tasty smoked haddock kedgeree to celebrate St Andrew’s Day and Lorraine’s birthday on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 onion, finely chopped, 1 tsp dried coriander, 1tsp turmeric, 4tsp medium curry powder, 300g basmati rice, Pepper, to season, 300g cooked smoked haddock, or Arbroath smokies, flaked into large chunks, 10 hard-boiled quails eggs (or four chicken eggs), Fresh coriander, chopped and 1 tsp nigella seeds, dry fried.
