Jules Hudson visit RJ Balson butchers in Dorset, the oldest butchers in Britain, and met Richard the current butcher who served up tasty pork fagotts on Countryfile.

Richard family business has been running since Henry VIII was on the throne and his recipe for pork faggots has not been changed for generations.
