John Torode served up a sumptuous one-pot roast chicken dinner with creme fraiche, potatoes, parsnips and watercress on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 chicken, about 1.5kg, 200g crème fraiche, ½ lemon, 4 teaspoons vegetable oil, 500g new potatoes, 500g parsnips, peeled and halved, 350g turnips, halved, 100g watercress and Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
