Lisa Faulkner served up a delicious sour cherry Welsh cakes from her Coastal Cottage in Pembrokeshire, on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 250g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 120g unsalted butter, diced, 75g caster sugar, plus extra for sprinkling, 70g dried sour cherries, 1medium egg, lightly beaten and 1 tbsp milk.
