Gino D’Acampo served up a tasty Sardinian pasta dish of spaghetti with mussels, cherry tomatoes and white wine on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 800g live mussels, 150ml dry white wine, 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced, 15 fresh red cherry tomatoes, halved, 4 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, 500g dried spaghettini, 60g bottarga (salted dried fish roe), freshly grated (optional ingredient) and Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
