Mary Berry aided by Paul Hollywood, shows us how to make delicious cappuccino creme brulee without a chef’s blowtorch on The Great British Bake Off Masterclass 2015.
The ingredients are: butter, for greasing, 4 large free-range egg yolks, 45g caster sugar, ½ tsp vanilla extract, 300ml single cream, 300ml double cream, 2½ tsp instant coffee granules and 100g caster sugar, for the caramel topping.
