Nadia Sawalha served up a tasty jacket potato with peas dish on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 4-6 large jackets pots, Oil, for frying, 300g chicken breast or thigh, cubed, 1 small onion, diced, 200g chestnut mushrooms, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp butter, plus extra for mashing, 1 heaped tbsp flour, 300ml chicken stock, 3 tbsp double cream, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley and Salt and ground black pepper to season.
