The Hairy Bikers rye crispbread with poppy seeds and sesame seeds recipe

The Hairy Bikers served up tasty rye crispbreads made with poppy seeds, sesame seeds and anise seeds on The Hairy Bikers’ Northern Exposure in Sweden.

The ingredients are: 300g wholemeal rye flour, plus extra for dusting, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp baking powder,1 heaped tsp of poppy seeds, sesame seeds and anise seeds, 1 tsp honey, 30g butter, softened.

For the topping (optional): 1 free-range egg white and mixture of seeds, such as caraway, anise, poppy, sesame.
