James Martin served up a delicious summer pudding with clotted cream dessert on Saturday Kitchen.
James says: “These are a quick and easy dessert to make, full of sweet fruit flavour, these individual summer puddings make a lovely seasonal dessert.”
The ingredients are: 350g fresh raspberries, 350g blackberries, 1 tbsp finely shredded basil, vegetable oil, for greasing, 6 thin slices white bread, 4 tbsp clotted cream and 100g caster sugar, for decoration.
