In the race to see who will cook for the judges this week in the London South East heat, chefs Matt Gillan, Lee Westcott and Marcus Wareing’s protégé Mark Froydenlund battled it out in the kitchen for the honour of representing their region.
In the end it was Lee and Matt that secured to points to cook for the judges on Friday.
