Nadia Sawalha served up a tasty Moroccan mince and herby dumplings dish on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 2 tbsp oil, 2 onions, chopped, 2 cloves of garlic, chopped, 2 medium carrots, diced, 2 tsp ground cumin, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 500g lamb mince, 400g can tomatoes, 350ml lamb stock, Pinch caster sugar, 1 bay leaf and Salt and black pepper.
For the dumplings: 50g self raising flour, 125g shredded suet, ½ tsp salt, 3 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped and 200ml cold water.
