Simon Rimmer served up tasty bacon and cheese stuffed burgers on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are:800g minced chuck steak, Salt & pepper, 200g grated Monterey Jack cheese, 200g fried, crispy bacon, crumbled, Sliced tomato, lettuce, gherkin and 4 x sliced brioche burger buns.
For the sauce: 200g mayo, 2tsp Worcestershire sauce, 2tsp tabasco, 2tsp Dijon mustard and 3 x cloves roasted garlic.
