Matt’s humble apple crumble recipe and Eve Lancashire bobin recipe got the required points to see them though to the next round on the Great British Menu.

The two chefs are part of the trio of chefs cooking to represent the North West region this week but it was Matt and Eve that managed to book their place to cook for the judges on Friday.
