James Tanner served up a tasty and quick fish with couscous dish that can be prepared in just ten minutes on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients are: 4 fillets of plaice,skinned, 20g olive tapenade, Small handful basil, leaves picked, ½ pint fish stock, 1 clove of garlic, chopped, ½ pint passata, 30g French beans,halved, 3 cherry tomatoes, halved, Juice of ½ lemon and Salt and pepper.
