Jamie Oliver cheese and corn pancakes recipe on Jamie’s Superfood

Jamie Oliver served up tasty cheese and corn pancakes with with smokey bacon, caramelised banana and maple syrup on Jamie’s Superfood.

Jamie says: “This dish use bacon and you might think they are not healthy but they are healthy providing you don’t eat too much of it.”

The ingredients are: 1 430g tin of sweetcorn, 2 eggs, 200g cottage cheese, pinch of salt and pepper, 150g whole wheat self-raising flour, 6 spring onions (finely chopped), 1 red chilli, 1 smoked rash of bacon per person and 1 ripe banana.

To serve: splash of chilli sauce, natural yoghurt and maple syrup.
