James Tanner served up a tasty salmon curry dish along with Salmon tapas and salmon linguine on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients for the salmon curry are: 200 g basmati rice, ½ red onion, sliced, 2 garlic cloves, sliced, 1 tbsp medium curry powder, 1 small courgette, diced, 1 can of coconut milk, 200g cooked salmon, Zest and juice of 1 lime, 1 large handful young spinach leaves and 3 tbsp chopped coriander.
