Paul Hollywood task the remaining bakers to bake Cypriot flaouna cheese tarts based on his own recipe on The Great British Bake Off.
Flaounes are mainly made and served as a celebratory food in Cyprus. They are traditionally prepared on the Good Friday for Easter Sunday by Orthodox Christians and are eaten in place of bread on Easter Sunday.
This traditional cheese-filled pastry are made with ingredients that some of the bakers have never heard and make a particularly pungent filling.
