The ingredients are: 1 x 7g sachet of fast-action dried yeast, 1 tsp caster sugar, 125ml warm milk, 500g plain flour, plus 50g extra for kneading, 1 tsp fine sea salt, 2 tbsp caster sugar, plus 1 tsp for sprinkling, 4 medium eggs, beaten, 175g butter, softened, sunflower oil, for greasing, 75g pink (rose) pralines and 1 egg yolk, beaten, to glaze.
