John Torode from MasterChef serves up a tasty bacon cornbread Aussie brunch with smashed avocadoes, soft boiled eggs on This Morning.
The ingredients for the bacon cornbread: 120g self-raising flour, 130g cornmeal or polenta, 1 tsp. baking powder, 2 tsp. sugar, 240mls milk, 170g butter, 1 egg (beaten) and 6 rashers Smoked bacon (diced and crispy fried).
For the soft boiled eggs: 6 eggs.
For the bacon: 10 slices of streaky bacon and 20mls vegetable oil.
For the smashed avocado: 2-3 Large Rip Avocados, Half a lemon juiced, 1 lime juiced, 2 drops of Tabasco and Salt and pepper.
