John Whaite serves up delicious oaty meringue messes with blackberries dessert on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients for the meringues: 4 egg whites, 225g golden caster sugar, 60g medium oatmeal and 60g blackberries.
For the topping: 200g blackberries, plus extra to serve, 70g honey, 400ml double cream, 1 tbsp icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract.
