Sophie Thompson serves up one pot dairy-free feast of orange and ginger chicken on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp butter, 1.8-2kg whole chicken, jointed (ask your butcher if you can), 1 onion, finely chopped, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 1 rsp ground ginger, 1 heaped tbsp finely grated fresh ginger, 240ml dry white wine, 400ml freshly squeezed orange juice, 2 tsp cornflour and salt and pepper.
For the rice: small bunch fresh coriander, juice of ½ lemon, 2 tbsp olive oil, 250g rice, 2 tsp sesame oil and generous pinch of sea salt.
