Ukrainian Wedding Korovai bread was showcased on The Great British Bake Off bread week.

The breads are traditionally made for weddings in the Ukraine instead of cakes.

The ingredients generally consists of: evaporated milk, lukewarm water, salt, sugar, dry yeast, flour, butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla, rum extract, lemon zest and egg beaten with a little water for glaze.
