Simon Rimmer served up delicious chocolate peanut puds on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 400g chocolate, 50g smooth peanut butter, 50ml strong espresso, 125g butter, 6 separated eggs, 200g sugar, 100g ground almonds and 100g plain flour.
For the sauce: 225g chocolate, 125ml cream, 125ml milk and 125g smooth peanut butter.
