Madeira cake recipes for the first signature challenge, kick starts the Great British Bake Off 2015 with this years contestants – Stu, Flora, Ian, Nadiya, Mat, Alvin, Dorret, Paul, Ugne, Marie, Sandy and Tamal – all hoping to impress judges Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood.
The 12 new bakers are helped and supported by host Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins as they try to produce their best in show Madeira cake in cake week.
